Supervision & Consultations for Professionals

We know that finding the right person to guide you in the early stages of your career can be difficult. Clinical supervision can help develop your confidence and understanding of the dynamic between a therapist and client and can provide you with the space to explore topics such as transference, countertransference, and setting appropriate boundaries.

At HERO we provide supervision for Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) and Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs) who are acquiring the required clinical hours for their professional license. We are also able to consult with other licensed professionals in regards to treatment modalities and approaches, and by following the established laws and ethical concerns, may provide them with an intuitive perspective.
